After your order has been shipped, depending on the delivery option you chose during checkout, we will send you an email containing a tracking link. To get started, locate your order. If you made the purchase while logged into your account, simply log in again and navigate to ‘Your Account’ from the dropdown menu under your username. Once there, click on ‘Orders’ on the left-hand side and find the specific order you wish to update from your Order History.
We understand that canceling an order is never ideal, but sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise where cancellation is the most practical solution to save you time and money. After verifying that the card is secured under the SEC system, the system will contact the card’s issuing bank so that the buyer can authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the card will be charged. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.
