Orders & Purchases

After your order has been shipped, depending on the delivery option you chose during checkout, we will send you an email containing a tracking link. This link will allow you to monitor the status of your order. If you wish to receive notifications regarding any significant updates regarding your order, please ensure that you have opted in for notifications.

If you’ve had a change of heart or entered the wrong address during checkout, don’t fret – it happens to the best of us. As long as your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, you have the opportunity to make changes.

To get started, locate your order. If you made the purchase while logged into your account, simply log in again and navigate to ‘Your Account’ from the dropdown menu under your username. Once there, click on ‘Orders’ on the left-hand side and find the specific order you wish to update from your Order History.

We understand that canceling an order is never ideal, but sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise where cancellation is the most practical solution to save you time and money. If your order is canceled, rest assured that you will not incur any charges. For further details on authorization holds, please refer to our additional information.

Actual product color may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image’s color.

You can receive it at a private address (home, work or a drop point), but never a post office box.

Account

To change your login information you have to first log in to your account. In the section “Login details” you can change the password and email address linked to your user account.

Accounts are automatically disabled when incorrect login details are entered too many times. To log back in you have to contact our Customer Service department

You have to first log in to your account, then in the “Address book” section you can add new addresses or change or delete existing ones.
You can also modify the address in the “Shipping” step of the purchase process, but the changes you make there will not be saved for future purchases.

Returns & Refunds

The deadline for all returns is 3 calendar days from the delivery date.

In case you have received a wrong or damaged article, we will get your article picked and will bear the courier charges.

With some returns, like heavy or bulky items, specialized return methods or delivery companies can help. In these cases, after you start your return on the “Order History” page, you get more instructions.. If you don’t automatically receive a return label, our team or the seller’s support team contacts you.

Shipping & Tracking

FLAT Shipping 179 PKR + FBR POS Fee 1 PKR will be charged on order within Pakistan.

At this time, we can’t change your delivery address once the order has been processed. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can file a cancellation request. Then, you can place a new order with the correct address.

Fees & billing

Your card may have been declined for one of the following reasons:

  • The card may be expired: check that your card is not past its expiry date.
  • You may have reached the card limit: check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the limit amount for purchases.
  • You may have entered something incorrectly: check that you have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.

Yes, the information is transmitted safely with SSL encryption. Only Safe Electronic Commerce (SEC) transactions will be accepted for payments using Visa and Mastercard. After verifying that the card is secured under the SEC system, the system will contact the card’s issuing bank so that the buyer can authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the card will be charged. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.
